We will always do our best to provide our appointments with the highest quality of service, authentic insight and guidance, a kind heart and a warm smile. If you are unhappy with any of our services, please let us know at the time of your appointment.

We are very happy to provide food and drink at our events for us all to share as part of the experience. Please be advised however, that as we prepare these meals and their ingredients in our home, we cannot guarantee that any of the foods or beverages will be allergen free as we use shared equipment to store, prepare and serve these meals.

Please speak to us in advance if you have any questions, so that you can make an informed choice.

All appointments are booked as a specific time allocation. Please know that your appointment time starts at the time it is booked in for and will end at the time it is booked until. If you are late for your appointment time, please know that the session will not be extended.

Please ensure your remember to make your appointment. If you miss or do not attend the call, no rescheduled appointment or refund will take place in exchange for the missed one.
